Plays, recitals and other performances will be staged at the Arts Precinct formed by a 600-pax auditorium, 300-pax lecture theatre and a outdoor amphitheatre. The library, the pride of the campus, is a splendid 4-story blass edifice that allows for a panoramic view of the lake.

The campus will boast world – class restaurant and practical kitchens for the school of Hospitality and Tourism. Fully equipped world class facilities will be constructed for advancing skills and knowledge in science, computer, audio and Video, Engineering, Architecture and Design. A top notch moot court will be also be available for budding lawyers.

Then there is the Retail Podium with shops, Cafes, banks, convenience stores and an array of service amenities. A fully-furnished 1000-beds hostels and delightful F&B outlets that face the lake can also be found nearby.
